Mid-level Associate (4 to 6 yrs exp.) - Corporate / M&A

The Brussels office of Strelia is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Corporate | M&A team. You will join a dynamic and well-integrated team of corporate lawyers working on various types of corporate matters across the whole spectrum of corporate work: M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals, restructurings, shareholders, and governance matters, manpack structuration, etc. 

We work on high profile Belgian and international transactions. At the same time, we aim to have a work environment where all team members work with a smile on their face.

• You have between 4 to 6 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
• You hold a Belgian master’s in law (with excellent university grades). An LL.M. from an English or American University is a plus.
• Native Dutch-speaker (a good command of the other language is preferable), with an excellent command of English.
• As a team player you have the necessary drive and talent to work in a professional environment where the group atmosphere is key.
• You are passionate about Corporate law and M&A and you have excellent research and legal skills.
• You have excellent drafting skills combined with a client-oriented and hands-on mindset.
