As a mid-level associate, you will:
- Work on a wide array of transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets deals.
- Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents.
- Manage matters from start to finish with direct client interaction and increasing autonomy.
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and borders, including daily contact with international law firms.

You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Are a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English and proficient in French.
- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate law and M&A.
- Hold a Belgian law degree; additional studies (LL.M. or advanced Master's in Corporate/Business Law) are a plus.
- Combine strong legal skills with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
- Are proactive, organised, and able to handle tight deadlines.
- Thrive in a collaborative setting but also work well independently.
