Corporate Associate

Our client is a premier law firm with an exclusive focus on entrepreneurship, serving leading entrepreneurs, venture capital and private equity investors and innovative companies. They are looking for an outstanding associate with 4-7 years of relevant corporate experience, particularly in the field of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital raisings, restructurings, and investments and divestments of portfolio companies. Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English are required.

You will be primarily involved in the following activities:

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of corporate and venture capital transactions
• Preparing and reviewing asset purchase agreements
• Drafting and negotiating partnering agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, and joint ventures
• Advising founders, companies, and boards of directors on a wide range of operational matters and strategic transactions
• Providing ongoing legal support to clients across all stages of growth

• You have obtained a Master degree in Law at a Belgian university and have superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• You like to be focused on complex corporate and venture capital transactions.
• The ability to independently manage projects and client relationships and collaborate with others is proper to you.
• You have great work ethics, excellent communication skills and you excel in a fast-paced environment.
